The Dean 826-0931 Infrared Burner Insulation Kit is a thermal protection assembly used in compatible commercial full-vat fryer systems. Installed around the infrared burner area it isolates heat and maintains proper temperature transfer within the fryer cabinet. The kit includes insulation components that fit around the burner assembly to reduce heat loss and protect surrounding fryer components. It works with the burner system, frypot and cabinet structure to support heat operation. This insulation kit is designed for full-vat and fryer models using commercial infrared burner assemblies.
