Description

The Dean 8236710 Basket Lift Arm is a spare part that is used to regulate the motion of the left side in deep frying equipment. It provides a guided vertical motion in automated or semi-automated frying. It is used in commercial kitchen systems in which it is used to connect the drive mechanism to the basket support frame. The component ensures a synchronized rise and fall of food baskets in scheduled cooking operations to facilitate the fryer vat being loaded with food at all times. It is attached to the cabinet assembly and is a part of the system.
