Hobart 821762 Hi-Limit Thermostat

The Hobart 821762 Hi-Limit Thermostat is a secure temperature control part applied in commercial cooking systems. It is an automatic cut-off switch that disconnects electrical power when internal temperatures rise beyond a preset limit, to prevent overheating and equipment damage. In practice, it is fitted in equipment like dishwashers, ovens and steam equipment in restaurants, kitchens, and food production plants. The thermostat is installed in the heating or control circuit as a protective limit part, in combination with conventional operating thermostats to make sure that the equipment is turned off in high-temperature conditions before the components are damaged.
