Description

The Frymaster 8100109 Fryer Valve Knob Mount is a secure component of the control knob and the gas valve assembly. It has a 1-1/4 inch diameter with OFF, PILOT and ON indicators and assists in proper positioning when in operation. The screw provided will make the screw tight so that it does not slip during repeated installations. It is put on the valve stem and converts the user input into controlled gas regulation. The stripped mount assists in repairing accurate knob connect and stable valve operating.
