Description

The Dean 810-1018 Fryer Drain Valve is designed to control the release of cooking oil from compatible with the commercial kitchen units. Featuring a left-side Inlet configuration and a 1-1/4" NPT Outlet connection, it directs oil through the drainage system during filtering, cleaning and servicing procedure. It is used between the frypot and oil discharge pathway the valve allows operator to manage oil flow as needed for maintenance activities.
