The Dean 810-06171 Thermopile is used in different kitchen appliances such as fryers, griddles, and steam generators. Step3: Remove thermopile from pilot bracket carefully.

Step4: Install new, ensure flame contacts tip, proper contact.

Step5: Route leads, connect securely, avoid heat damage.

Step6: Restore gas/power, test pilot flame and MV output, check for leaks.
