Description

The Frymaster 8072971 Ignition Module Kit is an electronic control component used in commercial gas fryer systems to manage ignition sequencing and flame verification. It initiates the spark required to light the pilot or main burner, when the fryer is powered on and works with flame-sensing circuitry, to confirm ignition before allowing gas flow to continue. It is installed within the fryers control compartment and connected to the gas valve, interface board and ignition wiring harness. The module is used in service and repair applications to restore startup operation in fryers used in restaurants and food service operations.
