Description

The Frymaster 8071683 Fryer Relay 20A 12 VDC is an electromechanical relay which controls the high current power flow to the heating coils or gas valves. Is used to make the connection between the low-voltage thermostat circuit and the heavy electrical load of the appliance. It is normally placed in the control box of the fryer where it aids in the quick cycling of the oil to ensure that the temperature of the oil is held at a constant to assure a uniform frying process.
