Description

The Dean 8070097 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat W/Wire Leads 75-550F 1/4" Push-ON 1/2" NPT Mount 4-3/4" Probe is a sensing and control element utilized in fryers to monitor and regulate the temperature during operation in commercial systems. It is placed in the control system, and its probe can detect the level of heat and will indicate changes when necessary. All of which are compatible with fryer configurations. It is installed in the same way as internal wiring and is activated when cooking cycles occur.
