Description

The Dean 807-0918 Direct Spark Ignition Module is a 25V system designed for reliable and precise operation in fryers. It has an 11-second lockout, 5EA 1/4” tab terminals and a 3-amp fuse AP#381050 for safety. This module comes with a flame sensor and ignitor compatibility to aid in ignition and at the same time reduce on time taken. The Rajah spark terminal and 1/4” spark terminal on top make it flexible. Designed for Frymaster fryers, such as FH250, G18FB, GL18FB, etc., it helps to improve efficiency and durability.

Step1: Disconnect electrical and gas supply, ensure fryer is fully cooled before starting.
