The APW 69136 Limiting Thermostat 444-35 is a temperature controller in commercial foodservice equipment to avoid overheating by cutting off electrical power when the internal rise beyond a set point. It is fitted inside the heating or control unit of the appliance and constantly measures the temperature and has a protective cutoff to ensure that internal parts of the appliance do not overheat and ensure stable operating conditions.
