The Cambro 64HP772 1/6 High Heat food pan is a replacement part which is used to store, serve and keep food in a safe condition with high temperature. Its 1/6 dimension makes it fit in the normal pan wells, steam tables and food storage systems. The amber material is high heat material that does not warp on high serving temperatures but allows consistent service performance.
