The Nemco 6100A Round Countertop Food Warmer 7-Quart is an electric warmer that is applied to maintain the serving temperature of prepared foods in commercial foodservice. It contains heating parts both internally and a thermostat to ensure that the amount of heat remains constant without additional heat to cook the products. The unit is mounted on a counter top, buffet line or service table and has a removable 7-quart insert that is easily filled and washed.
