Description

The Pitco 60152001-C Fryer Ignition Control Module is an electronic ignition controller designed for compatible commercial fryers. It operates on 24V at 50/60Hz and controls the sequence used to establish burner ignition during a heating cycle. The module communicates with the ignition and security circuits, initiating the burner startup process and monitoring the ignition condition. If the required flame is not established within 90 seconds, its lockout operation stops the ignition sequence. Installed within the fryer's electrical control system, the module works with the burner, ignition components, and security components to manage controlled burner operation.
