Description

The Pitco 60132901 Gas Valve is a switch that is installed in compatible fryers and cook lines of commercial use to control the amount of gas to the burner assembly when in operation. It is installed in the internal gas system of the appliance and opens or closes according to control signals so that it can allow correct ignition. This valve is normally changed during service when the flow response becomes erratic or when the valve is aged. It operates with supply piping, security controls, and burner manifolds to facilitate controlled gas supply and uniform heating operation.
