Description

The Pitco 60126101 Ignition wire is made to carry electrical energy between the ignition module and the spark electrode to start the flame in a commercial fryer system. A signal sent by the control board causes the wire to send high-voltage pulses that produce a spark at the electrode tip to ignite the gas burner assembly. This is a part that is mounted between the ignition control and the burner assembly in the access panel of the fryer is connected to the correct terminals and is routed without passing through moving components.
