Description

The Southbend 6-36TB H/D Thermocouple is a 36-inch flame-detecting sensor that is used in 1900 series commercial equipment. It produces a 2030 mV signal when heated by a pilot or main flame, to which the gas control assembly makes use to verify the presence of a flame. It is installed next to the flame source and is essential in making sure that gas is only supplied when ignition is attained. This helps in the regular operation of the gas valve system, which assists in regular heating activities and also helps in the gas conditions.
