Description

The Wells 58968 Thermostat K 3/16" X 11-5/8" CAP 42" 100-450°F senses the change in temperature by a capillary tube and bulb assembly that reacts to commercial kitchen equipment. These readings are converted by the internal mechanism to electrical switching action to open or close the circuit based on temperature limits and provide contact response and setpoint control logic. It is installed in cooking equipment control panels to measure and control internal heat areas like commercial ovens and warming units, where capillary routing and sensing bulb placement are fixed to provide precise thermal placement within chamber areas.
