Nemco 57417-1 1/4" Push Block Red Easy Chopper 3

The Nemco 57417-1 Push Block 1/4" is a replacement food pusher for the Easy Chopper 3 vegetable dicing equipment to move grating through the blade assembly for uniform cutting. It works by putting pressure on the food pushing it through a cutting grid, and keeping it aligned with the blade set to ensure even portions. This is a 1/4" cut configuration component made from colour-coded polymer material, which is attached to the top of the push assembly of compatible chopper units, and fits into the cutting chamber and blade cartridge during food preparation.
