Description

The Dynamic Cooking Systems 57057-01 Jet Burner is a natural gas burner assembly designed for placed in compatible commercial cooking systems. This cast iron burner mounts inside cooking equipment, and distributes gas through 18 duck jet nozzles to produce the required flame pattern for heating. The burner connects to the gas supply through its inlet connection and uses the internal orifice to regulate fuel flow before combustion. It transfers heat directly to cookware positioned above the burner surface and supports gas range cooking operations.
