Description

The Nemco 56500-2 Easy Chopper Dicer II has a weighted handle to push food components through a fixed grid of razor-sharp blades. The entire vegetable is converted into uniform 1/4" cubes in a single downward motion of the lever in this manual mechanism. The unit is firmly mounted on four rubber feet on any flat commercial prep table or countertop to make it stable during vegetable processing. The vertical cutting assembly is mounted on a rugged cast aluminum construction, and the modular layout enables rapid blade changes.
