The Nemco 55200AN-4 Easy Slicer Manual is a machine that makes uniform cuts using the razor-sharp stainless steel blade assembly that turns with the rotation of the manual handle. The food products pass through the chute that is fed by gravity and hit the calibrated cutting edge to achieve the same thickness on each piece. To ensure maximum stability, when preparing large portions of food, this equipment is firmly attached to any flat work surface with a solid mounting base or optional vacuum suction feet.
