Description

The Jade Range 460-196-000 Pilot Assembly with Ignitor and Thermocouple is a substitute for the flame-monitoring component used in compatible commercial gas cooking equipment. Positioned near the burner area, it generates and sustains the pilot flame required for burner activation while providing flame detection through the integrated thermocouple. The built-in ignitor assists with lighting the pilot during start-up supporting normal equipment operation. This assembly is commonly installed in commercial kitchens during servicing or repairs to restore proper ignition, burner responsiveness, and secure operation of gas-fired cooking systems.
