The Hobart 408726-000G2 Ceramic Radiant Set of 20 is a quality piece that conducts the burner heat by the use of radiant emission to ensure uniform cooking performance. This glowing set is installed directly over the burner section and it is mounted on internal ledges in the broiler housing.
