Description

The Avantco 400046 Hi-Limit Thermostat 450°F 30" CAP senses high temperatures and activates the electrical circuit when it reaches the preset high-temperature setting. It operates by, taking advantage of a sensing bulb linked to a capillary tube that senses heat in the system. The component is used in commercial cooking equipment with the sensing element placed close to the heat source, and the thermostat body attached to the control system. It is a part of the temperature security circuit and assists in the termination of heating.
