The Allpoints 321118 Housing Gasket is a flat gasket seal is utilized to ensure that mating surfaces in commercial kitchen equipment remain dry. It operates by clamping the surfaces of the housing when the parts are assembled to seal cracks and surface imperfections to provide a fluid tight seal.
