The Montague 32 Thermostat kit BJWA is a mechanical temperature control assembly with bulb-capillary sensing system for gas-operated commercial cooking equipment. It comes with a 3/16" diameter sensing bulb, 11" immersion length and 36" capillary tube for remote temperature sensing. It works on the principle of thermal expansion of the sensing medium which mechanically actuates the BJWA gas valve to control the burner output. It ensures stable operating temperatures and heat conditions. The assembly is suitable for continuous duty use in ovens, griddles and ranges and will accurately regulate the temperature under heavy thermal load conditions.
