Description

The Cleveland 300762 High Limit Thermostat W/Capillary 320°F feels the temperature by its capillary-linked sensing bulb and closes its internal contacts when the limit is met to break the electrical current. As the temperature rises to the desired level, the sensing element responds, and the switch is used to interrupt the circuit to end the heating process. This thermostat is fitted in compatible cooking or heating equipment, and the sensing bulb is placed in the critical temperature zone. The control body is attached to the frame or panel.
