Description

The Imperial 30030 Thermocouple 18" is a flame sensor that is used in gas-powered commercial cooking systems. It is installed by the pilot assembly and detects heat and then produces a millivolt signal to hold the gas valve open as long as it is operating. In case of flame, the signal is terminated and the flow of the gas is turned off to avoid unsafe conditions. This thermocouple is widely applicable in ranges and broilers available in kitchens. The system is in the safety and ignition system of the appliance that aids in maintaining the same flame control and equipment.
