The APW 2T-60320 Warmer Thermostat K-Type is temperature control component is designed for use in compatible commercial foodservice equipment unit. Operating within a temperature range of 100F to 450F it monitors and regulates heat levels to assist in maintaining consistent operating temperatures. The thermostat works with a sensing bulb and capillary assembly to detect temperature changes and cycle heating elements as required.
