Description

The Star Mfg 2R-Y7690 Food Warmer Control Knob is a control interface system fitted to compatible food warmers. This knob is fixed to the control shaft of the unit which enables the operator to control the settings of the temperature by manually rotating between the marked settings. It connects to the thermostat or the control mechanism of the warmer to add or reduce the heat production when in operation. In practice, in restaurants, buffets or catering facilities, it allows users to keep prepared foods at proper holding temperatures.
