Description

The Schaefer 28700-1 Ice Cream Cabinet Lid SGL 10 1/2" X 21 1/4" is used to cover the cabinet door and provides a mobile top panel to reach the stored item. It operates by sliding or lifting along the cabinet opening to enable containers to be put inside or taken out of the cabinet when in service. The panel is attached to the frame of the cabinet and creates a fitted cover on the storage compartment. It finds application in commercial ice cream display and storage equipment where containers of frozen dessert products are opened and closed many times in serving operations.
