Description

The Middleby Marshall 27399-0008 Oven Fan Blade spins clockwise to distribute heat all over the inside of the appliance to ensure even cooking and even distribution of the temperature. Its metal structure enables it to withstand high temperatures and to retain its shape in the course of operation. It is an 8" fan blade with a 5/8" bore, which is fitted to fit into compatible oven motors, which are usually mounted within the rear of the oven chamber to effectively circulate air within the interior.
