Description

The Henny Penny 26244 Hi-Limit Kit With Clips is a high-temperature cutoff kit used to monitor and control excessive heat in compatible commercial cooking equipment. The kit includes a hi-limit control and securing clips for the designated mounting position. The control responds to a temperature rise by opening the electrical circuit once the preset limit is reached. This disconnects power from the heating circuit and prevents continued heat output. The kit fits in the designated high-limit area with the control connected to the related wiring. The clips keep the control positioned correctly while temperature protection remains part of the heating circuit.
