Description

The Garland 2590200 Griddle Sealed Surface Element is the better heating element for commercial griddles, which works at 208V and has 2000W power. This sealed element can be installed in a 7-1/4” hole and it has four terminals. They function in that they disseminate equal heat on the cooking surface and heat the food evenly and caramelize on the surface. The advantages of this element include increased resistance to damage because of the sealed structure that prevents the penetration of liquids and other contaminants, and increased power efficiency, which results in reduced running expenses.
