Description

The Garland 227000 Oven Thermostat with Dial BJWA is designed to maintain the required temperature to provide efficient and consistent cooking results. This thermostat is made to fit in ovens, and controls the heat inside by detecting the temperature rise or fall with the help of its 36" capillary tube and varying the amount of gas flow. It has a broad operation range of 150°F to 400°F with a 3/16" x 8" bulb that can be used in different cooking applications.
