Description

The Garland 224000 Thermostat Knob BJ can be used to control the temperature of an appliance by detecting changes in heat and adjusting the control setting within a 150°-400°F temperature range. The internal mechanism changes to retain the desired level of heat when it is on. This is installed on the control panel and it can be directly connected to the thermostat assembly. The distinctly defined temperature span allows stable adjustment throughout the cooking cycles, which assists in matching heat production with the operational needs in different food preparation processes.
