Description

The Garland 2195100-GAR Surface Heater is a replacement part that converts electrical current to heating energy by passing through an internal resistance element. When power is supplied to it, the element heats uniformly, enabling it to heat the surface in a controlled manner during use. It is mounted under or inlaid in the cooking surface of the compatible equipment and connected to the internal heating space and wired to the electrical connections of the unit. The heater is 208 volts and 1250 watts to fit the necessary electrical requirements.
