Description

The Carter Hoffmann 18612-0131 Heating Element is the component used to generate heat in cooking equipment. This coiled heating element has a diameter of 1-13/16” and a length of 6-3/8” and is designed to operate on 120V with a power of 1700W, the mounting bracket measures 2-3/8” by 9-13/16”. Designed for a wide range of Carter Hoffmann units and compatible with HBC, HBF, HBU, HL, and HWC series. Especially better to keep a steady temperature it is more functional and performs even better.
