Description

The Henny Penny 16216 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out 120V regulates gas flow through electrically controlled operation within the fryer's heating system. It opens to allow gas flow to the burner assembly when the required signal is present and closes when the signal is removed or the operating cycle ends. It supports the transition between heating and standby conditions during fryer use. It is installed in the commercial and foodservice part of the gas control system, where it operates with the ignition and temperature control parts.
