Description

The Star Mfg 15203 Gas Griddle Conveyor Belt moves food products on the hot griddle surface and allows continuous cooking due to the constant movement of the products by the motor system of the unit. It works by keeping the speed constant, whereby products are moved across the heat source so that they are evenly exposed to the heat during the cooking cycle. The component is installed in the conveyor system which is the moving surface on which food is loaded to be processed.
