Description

The Hobart 151359-2 Griddle Element 4000W 230V is an electric heating component that produces the heat required for commercial cooking equipment. It convert electrical energy into thermal output at rated 4000 watts on 230-volt supply, allowing the griddle surface to reach cooking temperature during operation. The element spread heat along its length, so the cooking plate warms evenly across the surface.
