Description

The Franklin Chef 144720 Thermostat FDO is a temperature sensor and controller that is applied in commercial foodservice equipment. It works by sensing the temperature variation by its 3/16" by 14-3/4" sensing bulb and regulating the amount of heat circulated. It has 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet connections and is mounted in the thermal control circuit of the appliance.
