Description

The Hobart 14268 Thermocouple 18" 2030 mV 1980 Series is a flame sense safety element in commercial gas cooking appliances. It operates by producing a small electrical signal when its tip is heated by the pilot flame because the control system can verify that there is a stable ignition and that gas flow is controlled. This thermocouple is fitted in the burner assembly, and it constantly measures the presence of flame. The appliance, it assists in making sure that operations are secure by indicating when gas can be permitted or not during normal operation
