Description

The Franklin Chef 141650 Orifice W/Brass Hood is a gas flow control system that is compatible with commercial cooking equipment. It has 3/8-27 threads, 1/2" length, and size 50 calibration and is intended to be used in high-input applications. This opening is fitted at the burner inlet to measure flow of gas before burning. It maintains the flame, and regulates heat provision in the foodservice settings. The orifice operates in the burner system with the gas valve to control the fuel flow, maintain a steady cooking temperature, and ensure the operation of the appliances.
