Description

The Montague 1402-8 Convection Oven Motor Kit is a 3/4 hp, single-phase motor assembly intended to be used in commercial applications that use 115/230 V. It gives the mechanical force required to move the internal fan, which allows the circulation of air to flow evenly across the cooking chamber. It is fitted in the blower assembly in the regular baking and roasting processes to aid in uniform temperature distribution. It is applied to replace the original in case it needs to be changed to maintain the right airflow. It used in the system to maintain operation when it is in use in foodservice.
