Dynamic Cooking Systems 13031 Oven Thermostat is designed with Control to ensure accurate temperature regulation in cooking applications. This thermostat delivers reliable performance in multiple oven models through its combination of a 48" capillary tube and 3/16" x 11-3/16" bulb for flexible installation and temperature control from OFF to 500°F. The top-mounted bypass adjustment which improves usability for dependable results. The thermostat operates with DCS Oven Ranges while providing simple integration into current kitchen environments. This product features both a simple 0-degree rotation mechanism and a convenient knob design which makes operation easier while ensuring safety by preventing overheating.

Step1: Turn off power and gas supply to the oven before servicing.
