Description

This Imperial 1207 Char-Rock Broiler Bottom Grate is a Cast Iron cooking surface element that are compatible. This grate is installed on top of the burner area to support food and cookware and to allow direct transfer of heat during high-temperature cooking. This grate is changed when it is damaged or misshapen due to wear or warping. It is used as part of the broiler system to give the system a stable surface, which does not heat up under heat, and gives the broilers a consistent cooking outcome.
