Description

The Hobart 116280-1 Convection Oven Temperature Controller is electromechanical thermostat with an integrated potentiometer that regulates oven temperatures from 150F to 450F in compatible Hobart convection ovens. Installed behind the control panel it connects to the temperature sensing probe, heating circuit, and control knob through a 3/16" shaft with seven 1/4-inch male terminals. As the operator adjusts the temperature setting the controller receives input from the probe and cycles the heating elements or gas burners to maintain the selected cooking temperature. This interaction provides controlled heat regulation throughout the cooking process
