Description

The Southbend 1161452 Range Thermostat W/Dial 3/16" X 11-5/8" KXP controls the temperature of a commercial oven. The dial can be used to adjust temperature settings, so the thermostat can open or close electrical contacts depending on the perceived thermal changes, and switch power to the heating element depending on the setpoint change. It is mounted in commercial oven control panels, and it is located to observe internal heat conditions of cooking operations, and it assists in maintaining the same temperature during operation cycles and equipment control response capability.
